We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. When you interact with these platforms, their respective privacy policies apply.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention Periods

  • Client and coaching records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus seven (7) years after the relationship ends, as required for tax and legal purposes.
  • Transaction and payment records: Retained for seven (7) years to comply with financial and tax reporting obligations.
  • Marketing and communication data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which we retain a minimal suppression record to honor your opt-out preference.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form as permitted by our analytics providers.
  • Application data (for declined applicants): Retained for up to two (2) years, after which it is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 11). Please note that certain data may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need, even after a deletion request.

Marketing Communications

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be fully processed. During this period, you may still receive previously scheduled communications.

Transactional Communications

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send transactional messages necessary for the operation of our Services, including purchase confirmations, session reminders, program updates, billing notices, and security alerts. These communications are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you are an active client.

SMS/Text Messages

If you opt in to receive SMS communications, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never send SMS messages for marketing purposes without your prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Testimonials, Reviews & User Content

We may request and display testimonials, reviews, success stories, photos, and other user-generated content on our websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Coaching & Program Confidentiality

We understand that coaching relationships involve the sharing of deeply personal information. We treat all information shared during coaching sessions, group programs, and masterminds with the highest degree of care and confidentiality.

  • Application responses and intake information
  • Progress notes, assessments, and session records
  • Group discussion content shared in mastermind and workshop settings

Exceptions to Confidentiality

We may disclose coaching information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Where required by law or legal process
  • Where there is a credible, imminent threat of harm to you or others
  • Where you have provided explicit written consent for specific disclosure
  • Where anonymized, non-identifying themes are used for educational or marketing purposes (e.g., general coaching insights shared in social media content, without revealing who the client is)

Group Settings

All participants in group programs are expected to maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal disclosures. However, the Company cannot guarantee that other participants will honor this expectation. By joining a group program, you acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation. We will take reasonable steps to enforce confidentiality norms within our groups, including establishing community agreements at the start of each program.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching confidentiality is based on professional ethics and contractual agreement, not legal privilege. Unlike therapist-patient privilege, coaching communications may not be legally protected from disclosure in all jurisdictions. If you require the protections of therapist-patient privilege, please consult a licensed mental health professional.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:
