Refund policy (you can adjust this anytime; currently written as strong protection):
Group Coaching Programs: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in program terms.
1:1 Coaching: Non-refundable once sessions are booked, unless otherwise stated.
Digital / educational materials: Non-refundable.
Chargebacks are not permitted without first contacting us to resolve concerns.
